- Develop and design SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions for clients based on their specific business needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and ensure the successful implementation of the solutions.
- Conduct research and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team throughout the implementation process.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the client's expectations and project timelines.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation process.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including technical designs, project plans, and test plans.
- Train and mentor team members on SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions and best practices.

- Continuously evaluate and improve existing SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide support and guidance to clients post-implementation to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with the solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest updates and releases of SAP SuccessFactors and proactively recommend new features and functionalities to clients.
- Adhere to project budgets and timelines, and effectively communicate any deviations to project stakeholders.
- Represent SAP at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and promoting our solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent SAP's values and culture in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Extensive Experience In Sap Successfactors Implementation: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Sap Successfactors Solutions For Medium To Large Organizations. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Various Modules And Features Within The Successfactors Suite.
Strong Technical And Functional Skills: The Job Of A Successfactors Hcm Solution Architect Requires A Combination Of Technical And Functional Expertise. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes, Coupled With Technical Skills In Areas Such As System Configuration, Data Mapping, And Integration.
Proficiency In Sap Successfactors Modules: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In All The Modules Of Sap Successfactors, Including Employee Central, Performance And Goals Management, Learning Management, Recruiting Management, And Compensation Management. They Should Have Hands-On Experience In Implementing And Configuring These Modules According To The Client's Business Requirements.
Project Management Skills: As A Solution Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading The Implementation Of Sap Successfactors Solutions For Clients. They Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Plan And Execute Projects Within Strict Timelines And Budgets.
Communication And Collaboration Skills: A Key Aspect Of This Job Is Working Closely With Clients, Project Teams, And Other Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Gather Requirements, Provide Updates, And Resolve Issues Throughout The Project Lifecycle.
