  1. Provide technical support: You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients using the SAP Signavio platform. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, identifying root causes, and finding solutions to ensure the smooth functioning of our platform.
  2. Act as a subject matter expert: As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of SAP technology and the Signavio platform. You will act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to both clients and team members.
  3. Resolve customer issues: You will be the first point of contact for our clients when they encounter technical issues. Your main responsibility will be to effectively and efficiently resolve these issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably With Signavio Or Other Sap Products.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Signavio And Its Various Modules, Including Process Modeling, Collaboration, And Analytics.

  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Diagnose And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Internal Teams To Provide Timely And Accurate Support.
