- Implement and optimize SAP's Quality Management solutions for clients.
- Utilize expertise in SAP QM to provide guidance and support to project teams.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client's quality processes and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to SAP QM.
- Train and mentor junior team members on SAP QM processes and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of SAP QM with other modules.
- Lead and participate in project meetings, providing updates and recommendations as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to SAP QM implementation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency in SAP QM implementation.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within budget.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP QM and provide support to other team members when needed.
- Participate in knowledge sharing activities and contribute to the development of best practices and standards within the organization.
- Represent SAP in a professional and positive manner, building strong relationships with clients and promoting the company's reputation for excellence.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Business Administration.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Quality Management (Qm) Module, Including Configuration, Implementation, And Support.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Management Processes And Best Practices, With A Focus On Quality Planning, Inspection, And Control.
Sap Qm Certification Or Equivalent Professional Training And Experience.
