- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements and design customized solutions that meet their business needs.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for optimizing existing SAP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation or post-implementation.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Sales and Service Cloud, staying up-to-date on the latest updates and features.
- Train and educate clients on how to effectively use SAP Sales and Service Cloud to improve their customer experiences.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions, including bug fixes, upgrades, and enhancements.
