Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP RISE Cloud Migration and Conversion Technology Consultant to join our team at SAP.   1. Lead SAP RISE cloud migration and conversion projects for clients, ensuring successful and seamless transitions.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
  3. Utilize your expertise and problem-solving skills to develop customized migration and conversion strategies for each client.
  4. Perform system assessments and analysis to identify potential risks and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project delivery within specified parameters.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the migration and conversion process.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members throughout the project.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP and cloud technologies and trends to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  9. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and team members to ensure a smooth transition to the cloud.
  10. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them develop their skills.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and participate in client presentations and proposals.
  12. Adhere to project management best practices and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  13. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide recommendations for resolution.
  14. Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor for their cloud migration and conversion needs.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Sap Rise Cloud Migration And Conversion Technology: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap's Cloud Migration And Conversion Tools, Such As The Sap Cloud Alm Platform, Sap S/4Hana Conversion Cockpit, And Sap Transformation Navigator.

  • Proven Track Record In Successful Sap Implementations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Leading Sap Implementation Projects, With A Focus On Cloud Migration And Conversion. This Includes Experience With Project Planning, Execution, And Delivery.

  • Strong Technical And Analytical Skills: A Sap Rise Cloud Migration And Conversion Technology Consultant Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Sap Systems And Databases, As Well As The Ability To Analyze Complex Business Processes And Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members, As Well As The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team. Strong Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively Are Also Important.
