We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Quality Manager/Support Architect - MaxSecure to join our team and ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of our critical SAP NS2 solutions. As a Technical Quality Manager/Support Architect, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest level of quality for our MaxSecure platform through your technical expertise and leadership.   1. Oversee the successful implementation and ongoing support of SAP NS2's MaxSecure platform.
  2. Ensure the highest level of quality for the MaxSecure platform through technical expertise and leadership.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert for SAP security and technical support, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
  5. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the MaxSecure platform.
  6. Monitor and track metrics related to the performance and functionality of the MaxSecure platform, and use data to drive improvements.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of technical support specialists, providing guidance and training to ensure exceptional customer service.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP security and technical support, and make recommendations for implementation within the MaxSecure platform.
  9. Act as the main point of contact for client escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining strong client relationships.
  10. Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and suggestions for enhancements and updates to the MaxSecure platform.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Sap Ns2 Products: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap Ns2 Products And Technologies, Including Maxsecure. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Managing These Products In A Technical Quality Management Role.

  • Strong Technical Expertise: A Technical Quality Manager / Support Architect Must Possess A Strong Technical Background And Knowledge Of Enterprise Architecture, Systems Integration, And Application Development. They Should Also Have Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues.

  • Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Candidate To Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Also Have Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Project Timelines And Budgets.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Clients. They Should Also Have Experience In Presenting Technical Information To Non-Technical Audiences.

  • Certifications And Education: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold Relevant Certifications In Sap Ns2 Products And Technologies, As Well As A Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field. Additional Certifications In Project Management, Itil, Or Other Relevant Areas Would Be Considered A Plus.
