  1. Design and implement secure and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions for SAP NS2's products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Act as a technical lead and mentor for junior team members, providing guidance and support on best practices and industry standards.
  4. Continuously monitor and improve the performance and reliability of the cloud infrastructure, proactively identifying and addressing any issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for their implementation in the SAP NS2 infrastructure.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for the cloud infrastructure, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  7. Work closely with the security team to ensure the infrastructure meets all necessary security standards and requirements.
  8. Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps practices and tools, such as automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the cloud infrastructure and provide timely and effective solutions.
  10. Participate in on-call rotations and be available for emergency support as needed.
  11. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the cloud infrastructure.
  12. Communicate project updates, issues, and risks to stakeholders, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  13. Adhere to established ITIL processes for change management, incident management, and problem management.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource utilization within the cloud infrastructure.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Cloud Infrastructure Technologies, Particularly With Aws And Azure.

  • Proven Expertise In Building And Managing Highly Available And Scalable Systems Using Automation And Infrastructure-As-Code Tools Such As Terraform And Ansible.

  • Strong Background In Devops Methodologies, Including Continuous Integration And Deployment, Monitoring, And Troubleshooting.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Containerization Technologies Such As Docker And Kubernetes, And Experience In Deploying And Managing Containerized Applications In Production Environments.
