  1. Design and develop user assistance (UA) content for SAP software products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze product information.
  3. Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, tutorials, and videos.
  4. Ensure UA content is accurate, up-to-date, and follows company guidelines and standards.
  5. Conduct research and gather feedback from users to continuously improve the quality of UA content.
  6. Assist in the localization of UA content for global audiences.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and user experience.
  8. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure UA content meets their needs and expectations.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving UA content and processes.
  10. Actively seek out opportunities to learn and grow in the field of technology and design.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite, Specifically Photoshop And Illustrator.

  • Experience With User Interface (Ui) Design And User Experience (Ux) Principles.

  • Knowledge Of Html, Css, And Javascript.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Team Environment.
