  3. Communicate with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to gather information and provide updates on issue resolution.
  4. Document and track customer issues in the internal system to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  5. Participate in regular team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions to stay updated on the latest SAP products and technologies.
  6. Proactively identify and escalate critical customer issues to the appropriate teams for faster resolution.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as development and product management, to provide feedback on customer issues and contribute to product improvement.
