  1. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to SAP products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues faced by customers.
  3. Conduct research and gather information to assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
  4. Clearly communicate technical solutions to customers in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in a detailed and organized manner.
  6. Assist in the development and maintenance of product support materials, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
  7. Stay updated on the latest product developments and enhancements to effectively support customers.
  8. Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the SAP iXp Internship Program by actively engaging in team meetings and projects.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security measures.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  14. Represent SAP in a positive and professional manner at all times.

  • Strong Technical Background: Candidates Must Have A Solid Technical Foundation And Understanding Of Sap Products, Services, And Solutions. This Includes Knowledge Of Programming Languages, Databases, And Operating Systems.
