  1. Collaborate with the PES Partner XM Practice team to develop and execute strategies to support the success of our partner ecosystem.
  2. Work closely with industry experts to gain hands-on experience in SAP technologies and business processes.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within the partner ecosystem.
  4. Assist in creating and maintaining relationships with partners to ensure a strong and positive partnership.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs and resources for partners.
  6. Support the organization and execution of partner events and initiatives.
  7. Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for various partner projects.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress and success of partner initiatives.
  9. Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
  10. Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to drive innovation within the partner ecosystem.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product management to ensure alignment and success of partner initiatives.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP products and services and effectively communicate their value to partners.
  13. Represent the organization and positively promote the partner ecosystem to external stakeholders.
  14. Embrace a culture of continuous learning and personal and professional growth.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Sap Solutions And Technologies: A Sap Ixp Intern - Partner Ecosystem Success (Pes) Partner Xm Practice Job Requires A Deep Understanding Of Sap Products, Solutions, And Technologies. This Includes Proficiency In Sap Software Such As Sap S/4Hana, Sap Hana, And Sap Cloud Platform, As Well As Knowledge Of Sap’s Partner Ecosystem.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: An Intern In This Role Will Be Interacting With Various Stakeholders, Both Internal And External, On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Team Members, Partners, And Customers.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Pes Partner Xm Practice Intern, You Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Data, Identifying Trends, And Providing Insights To Improve Partner Performance. Therefore, Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Fulfill This Role.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Sap Ixp Program Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. As An Intern In The Pes Partner Xm Practice, You Will Need To Be Able To Adapt Quickly To Changing Priorities, Work Under Tight Deadlines, And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
