- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for SAP products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all design deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design systems and user experience.
- Assist in the creation of design assets and documentation for developers and stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and strategies within the team.
Proficient In Design Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Figma. They Should Have The Ability To Create High-Quality Visual Designs And Prototypes.
Familiarity With Design Systems: A Solid Understanding Of Design Systems And The Ability To Create And Maintain A Design System Is A Must For This Role. Previous Experience Working With Design Systems Is Highly Preferred.
Ux/Ui Design Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Be Able To Create Intuitive And User-Friendly Interfaces. They Should Have A Strong Eye For Detail And Be Able To Create Pixel-Perfect Designs.
Collaboration And Communication Skills: As An Intern, The Candidate Will Be Working With A Cross-Functional Team. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential To Effectively Work With Designers, Developers, And Product Managers.
Passion For Design And Technology: The Candidate Should Have A Passion For Design And Technology And Be Up-To-Date With The Latest Design Trends. They Should Also Have A Strong Interest In The Sap Brand And Its Products.
