  1. Assist in the management of cash collections and dispute resolution processes.
  2. Work closely with team members to identify and resolve customer payment issues.

  4. Help prepare and distribute customer statements and invoices.
  5. Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve any billing or payment inquiries.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Sap Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap Software, Especially In The Areas Of Cash Collections And Dispute Management. This Includes Knowledge Of Sap Erp, Sap S/4Hana, And Sap Financial Supply Chain Management (Fscm).

  • Finance Or Accounting Background: A Background In Finance Or Accounting Is Essential For This Role As It Involves Handling Financial Data And Transactions. Candidates With A Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field Will Have An Advantage.
