  1. Assist in the management of cash collections and dispute resolution processes.
  2. Work closely with team members to identify and resolve customer payment issues.
  3. Research and analyze customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate collections.
  4. Help prepare and distribute customer statements and invoices.
  5. Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve any billing or payment inquiries.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and identify areas for efficiency.
  7. Generate reports and assist in data analysis to support decision-making.
  8. Attend team meetings and participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Sap Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap Software, Especially In The Areas Of Cash Collections And Dispute Management. This Includes Knowledge Of Sap Erp, Sap S/4Hana, And Sap Financial Supply Chain Management (Fscm).

  • Finance Or Accounting Background: A Background In Finance Or Accounting Is Essential For This Role As It Involves Handling Financial Data And Transactions. Candidates With A Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field Will Have An Advantage.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Sap Ixp Intern Will Be Working With Various Stakeholders Including Customers, Vendors, And Internal Teams. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Manage And Resolve Disputes.
