- Support the DSA team in conducting compliance diligence, screening, and assurance activities.
- Assist with the monitoring and updating of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to support compliance efforts.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders on compliance activities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and documentation.
- Communicate and liaise with external parties, such as government agencies and third-party vendors, as needed.
- Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance compliance knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of compliance training programs for employees.
- Assist with any other compliance-related tasks and projects as assigned by the DSA team.
Knowledge Of Sap Systems And Processes: A Sap Intern - Compliance Diligence, Screening & Assurance (Dsa) Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap Systems And Processes In Order To Effectively Perform Compliance Diligence And Screening Tasks.
Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance: The Intern Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance, Including Laws And Regulations Related To Data Privacy, Anti-Corruption, And Export Controls.
Attention To Detail: Compliance Diligence And Screening Require A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Identify Potential Risks And Ensure Accuracy In Data Analysis And Reporting.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Intern Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Collect, Analyze, And Interpret Data From Various Sources And Identify Potential Compliance Issues.
Communication Skills: As A Part Of The Dsa Team, The Intern Will Be Required To Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Internal Teams And External Partners. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For This Role.
