- Provide expert guidance and strategic direction to clients as they transition to the cloud with RISE with SAP.
- Utilize deep understanding of SAP technologies to advise clients on the best approach for their specific business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and technical experts, to develop and execute successful cloud transformation projects.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in SAP Enterprise Cloud Architecture and the RISE with SAP program.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and provide innovative solutions to overcome them.
- Conduct thorough analysis and assessments of clients' current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Create detailed implementation plans and project timelines, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Lead training and knowledge sharing sessions for clients and internal teams on SAP Enterprise Cloud Architecture and the RISE with SAP program.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cloud solutions, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
- Act as a mentor and coach to less experienced team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Represent SAP at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting the benefits of SAP's cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide valuable insights and feedback for future enhancements and updates to SAP's cloud offerings.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, representing SAP's values and commitment to excellence.
Extensive Experience In Sap Cloud Architecture: A Sap Ecs Senior Caa Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Sap Cloud Architecture, Including Knowledge Of Various Modules And Solutions Such As Sap Hana, S/4Hana, And Sap Cloud Platform. They Should Also Have Experience In Cloud Migration And Integration Strategies.
Strong Technical Background: As A Senior Architect And Advisor, The Caa Must Have A Strong Technical Background In Sap Technologies And Platforms, Along With Experience In Cloud Infrastructure And Networking. They Should Also Be Familiar With Devops And Agile Methodologies.
Proven Track Record In Delivering Successful Projects: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering Successful Sap Cloud Projects, With A Focus On Rise With Sap Offerings. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Ability To Design And Implement Scalable And Reliable Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Architect And Advisor, The Caa Will Be Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, Including Clients, Partners, And Internal Teams. Therefore, Strong Communication, Collaboration, And Leadership Skills Are Essential To Effectively Drive Projects And Provide Guidance And Advice.
Sap Certifications And Continuous Learning: A Sap Ecs Senior Caa Should Hold Relevant Sap Certifications, Such As Sap Certified Technology Associate Or Sap Certified Application Associate. They Should Also Have A Continuous Learning Mindset To Keep Up With The Latest Sap Technologies And Trends.
