  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical expertise in the implementation of SAP CX Commerce solutions.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP CX Commerce, keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
  3. Develop and deliver customized solutions based on client requirements, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of SAP CX Commerce software.
  4. Lead technical discussions and provide recommendations for best practices and strategies to optimize the client's digital commerce experience.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and designers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  6. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Conduct training sessions for clients on the use and maintenance of SAP CX Commerce software.
  8. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling SAP CX Commerce solutions to existing clients.
  9. Conduct regular research and stay updated on industry developments to proactively identify emerging opportunities and challenges for clients.
  10. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Sap Cx Commerce Platform: A Senior Technical Consultant Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Sap Cx Commerce Platform, Including Its Capabilities, Configurations, And Integrations With Other Sap Systems.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: An Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Such As Proficiency In Programming Languages Like Java, Javascript, Or Html, As Well As Experience With Front-End Development And Web Technologies.

  • Implementation Experience: Candidates Should Have Hands-On Experience Implementing Sap Cx Commerce Projects, Including Designing And Customizing Solutions, Conducting System Integrations, And Leading Technical Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Sap Cx Commerce Modules: A Senior Technical Consultant Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of All Key Modules Within Sap Cx Commerce, Such As Product Catalog Management, Order Management, And Pricing.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Work Closely With Clients, Project Managers, And Other Team Members. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Effectively Understanding And Meeting Client Requirements And Coordinating With The Project Team.
