  1. Provide expert guidance and support to clients in the MEE region on SAP customer experience solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer experience landscape, including industry trends and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and advise them on how to leverage SAP solutions to achieve those objectives.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and provide tailored recommendations for SAP solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their concerns and addressing them in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in SAP customer experience solutions and communicate relevant information to clients.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP solutions.
  8. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and expansion of SAP's customer experience solutions in the MEE region.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with SAP solutions.
  10. Provide training and support to clients on SAP solutions, ensuring their successful adoption and utilization.
  11. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success and impact of SAP solutions for clients.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for SAP, promoting our solutions and thought leadership in the customer experience space.
