- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat) to clients using SAP Concur expense management system.
- Resolve technical and non-technical customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP Concur products and services, staying up to date on the latest updates and developments.
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns or needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience and product functionality.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a CRM system.
- Educate clients on best practices and provide training on new features and updates.
- Contribute to the development of customer support resources such as FAQs, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer support.
- Act as a brand ambassador for SAP Concur, promoting our products and services and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals for customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and response time.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Consulting Role, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Proficient In Sap Concur Products And Services, With A Strong Understanding Of Expense Management Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Users.
