- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Midwest region, serving as the primary point of contact for SAP's Business Technology Platform.
- Understand customers' business goals and objectives, and provide strategic guidance on how to best leverage SAP's solutions to achieve them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, identify challenges, and proactively address any issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and updates in the enterprise software and digital solutions industry, particularly related to SAP's Business Technology Platform.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP's solutions and their capabilities, and effectively communicate these to customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling SAP's solutions to existing customers.
- Provide training and support to customers on how to use SAP's solutions effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Act as an advocate for customers within SAP, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and analyze customer metrics and KPIs to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote SAP's solutions and build relationships with potential customers.
- Represent SAP in a professional and positive manner, promoting the company's values and mission.
- Mentor and coach junior customer success partners, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
Extensive Experience In Sap Business Technology Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Business Technology Platform. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Its Various Components And How It Can Be Leveraged To Drive Business Success.
Strong Customer Success Track Record: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Driving Customer Success In Their Previous Roles. This Includes Managing Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Understanding Customer Needs, And Delivering Successful Outcomes.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Customer Success Partner, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Presenting And Communicating Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Therefore A Must.
Team Leadership And Collaboration: The Role Of A Senior Customer Success Partner Requires Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams Such As Sales, Product, And Support. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Collaborating With Teams To Achieve Common Goals.
