  1. Act as the main point of contact for SAP customers in the Northeast region, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their satisfaction with SAP BTP and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  5. Provide expert guidance and advice to customers on how to maximize the value of SAP BTP for their business.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers to showcase the capabilities and benefits of SAP BTP.
  7. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks for customers, working to find effective solutions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and share this knowledge with customers to help them stay competitive.
  9. Track and report on customer success metrics, using this data to drive improvements and identify opportunities for growth.
  10. Serve as an ambassador for SAP, promoting the company's values and maintaining a positive image in all customer interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Btp: A Successful Candidate For This Role Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Sap Business Technology Platform (Btp) And Its Various Components, Such As Sap Cloud Platform, Sap Hana, And Sap Analytics Cloud. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Supporting Btp Solutions For Customers.

  • Strong Customer Relationship Management Skills: As A Customer Success Partner, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing And Nurturing Relationships With Sap Btp Customers In The Northeast Region. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Engage With Customers And Understand Their Needs.

  • Consulting And Project Management Experience: The Role Of A Customer Success Partner Involves Working Closely With Customers To Identify Their Business Requirements And Provide Solutions Using Sap Btp. The Candidate Should Have A Background In Consulting And Project Management, With A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Business Acumen: The Sap Btp Customer Success Partner Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And How Technology Can Enable And Optimize Them. They Should Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Sap Btp Solutions To Drive Business Value For Customers And Help Them Achieve Their Strategic Goals.

  • Regional Expertise: The Job Is Specifically For The Northeast Region, So The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Local Market And Customer Landscape. They Should Be Familiar With The Challenges And Opportunities In The Region And Be Able To Tailor Their Approach To Meet The Specific Needs Of Customers In This Area.
