  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Northeast region.
  2. Understand and analyze customers' business needs and provide tailored solutions using SAP BTP.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to customers, ensuring their success with SAP BTP.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  6. Develop and deliver customer success plans, including regular check-ins and progress reports.
  7. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in SAP BTP to effectively advise customers.
  8. Conduct regular trainings and workshops to educate customers on the capabilities and benefits of SAP BTP.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
  10. Analyze customer data and provide insights and recommendations for improving their experience with SAP BTP.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and competition in the Northeast region to better serve customers.
  12. Travel to customer sites as needed to provide in-person support and build stronger relationships.
  13. Represent SAP at events and conferences to promote our products and services.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.

Job Qualifications
  • Demonstrated Experience In Customer Success Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Managing And Driving Customer Success In The Software Industry, Particularly With Sap Products.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sap Btp: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Sap Business Technology Platform (Btp) And Its Various Components Such As Sap Cloud Platform, Sap Analytics Cloud, And Sap Hana.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Customer Success Partner Involves Building And Maintaining Relationships With Customers, So Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.

  • Technical Background: A Strong Technical Background Is Necessary For This Role To Understand The Complexities Of Sap Btp And Provide Effective Solutions To Customers.
