- Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of SAP systems, including system availability, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Basis, such as system crashes, performance bottlenecks, and data corruption.
- Implement and maintain system security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of SAP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and system diagrams.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automating and streamlining system administration tasks.
- Conduct regular system audits to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the SAP landscape.

- Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for critical issues.

Extensive Experience With Sap Basis Operations: A Sap Basis Senior Specialist-Enhanced Operations Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Basis, Including A Deep Understanding Of System Administration, Performance Tuning, And Troubleshooting.
Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background With Proficiency In Sap Netweaver, Hana, And Other Sap Applications. They Should Also Have Experience With Database Administration, Operating Systems, And Virtualization.
Knowledge Of Enhanced Operations: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Enhanced Operations In Sap Systems, Including Experience With System Monitoring, Root Cause Analysis, And Performance Optimization.
Project Management Skills: A Sap Basis Senior Specialist-Enhanced Operations Should Have Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Plan, Execute, And Manage Complex Projects Within Timelines And Budget.
