- Assist in the full recruitment cycle for executive-level positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
- Collaborate with experienced recruiters to develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct research on potential candidates and provide recommendations to recruiters.
- Maintain candidate database and update candidate profiles as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, travel arrangements, and other logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment process.
- Participate in recruitment events and assist with employer branding initiatives.
- Provide administrative support, such as drafting job descriptions, tracking expenses, and maintaining recruitment reports.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new executive hires.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in executive recruitment.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Take initiative and seek opportunities to learn and grow within the role.
- Represent SAP Americas Executive Recruiting iXp Intern program in a positive and enthusiastic manner.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
