In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with clients in the Life Sciences industry. As an SAP Account Director, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals and utilize your expertise in SAP solutions to provide innovative solutions that will transform our clients' businesses.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the Life Sciences industry.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions using SAP products and services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on SAP solutions and their application in the Life Sciences industry, staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  6. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of SAP solutions.
  7. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  9. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for SAP, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive team success.
  12. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  13. Stay updated on SAP product updates and releases, and effectively communicate these updates to clients.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate new leads and drive customer engagement.
  15. Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and use this knowledge to differentiate SAP's offerings.

  • Industry Expertise: A Thorough Understanding Of The Life Sciences Industries Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience Working In This Sector And Be Familiar With Its Challenges, Trends, And Key Players.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As An Account Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Clients At Various Levels, From C-Suite Executives To End-Users. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Information And Make A Strong Case For Sap's Solutions.
