- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business processes, systems, and tools that drive efficiency and effectiveness in our sales processes.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive growth and profitability.
- Work closely with sales leadership to understand their needs and provide support in achieving their targets.
- Conduct regular trainings and workshops for the sales team on new tools and processes to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on the performance of sales processes and tools, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of sales operations and business enablement best practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and integration of new tools and processes.
- Communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain documentation and user guides for sales processes and tools.
