  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the consumer and retail industry.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  3. Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target market segments.
  7. Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  8. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability for both parties.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet targets.
  10. Mentor and train team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's brand and values at all times.
  12. Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Consumer And Retail Industry: A Thorough Understanding Of The Consumer And Retail Industry, Including Market Trends, Competition, And Customer Needs Is Crucial For A Sales Manager To Effectively Strategize And Drive Sales.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: A Sales Manager Must Possess Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Customers And Partners.

  • Results-Driven And Analytical Mindset: A Sales Manager Should Have A Results-Driven Mindset And Be Able To Analyze Data To Make Informed Decisions. This Includes Monitoring Sales Performance, Identifying Areas For Improvement, And Implementing Strategic Plans To Achieve Sales Targets.
