  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, including contract negotiations and pricing agreements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  7. Use CRM systems to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer information.
  8. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
  10. Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing best practices and providing support and guidance as needed.
