  1. Lead and oversee cloud migration and conversion projects for clients, ensuring successful adoption of SAP's cloud solutions.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges in the migration process.
  4. Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the migration and conversion process, ensuring their needs and requirements are met.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices related to cloud migration and conversion, and share this knowledge with colleagues and clients.
  6. Conduct thorough assessments and analyses of clients' current systems and processes to determine the most effective approach for migration and conversion.
  7. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote SAP's cloud solutions and drive business growth.
  11. Contribute to the development and enhancement of SAP's cloud migration and conversion methodologies and tools.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
  13. Represent SAP at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise in cloud migration and conversion.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
