  1. Develop and implement SAP's RISE services architecture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand customer needs and tailor SAP's RISE services to meet those needs.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP's Cloud solutions, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the industry.
  4. Lead the design and delivery of high-quality and innovative RISE services to drive customer success and satisfaction.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth and expansion of SAP's RISE services in KSA.
  6. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the leadership team on improving and refining SAP's RISE services offerings.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of RISE services.
  8. Mentor and train junior team members on SAP's RISE services architecture and best practices.
  9. Stay abreast of competition and market trends, and proactively identify areas for improvement and differentiation of SAP's RISE services in KSA.
  10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies for SAP's RISE services, including creating marketing collateral, presenting at conferences and events, and conducting webinars.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards, in all aspects of RISE services delivery.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of SAP's RISE services.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Sap Rise Services Architecture, Including Cloud Infrastructure And Application Integration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Senior Specialist Role, With A Focus On Designing And Implementing Rise Services Solutions For Clients.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Coordinate Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Rise Services Projects, With A Focus On Driving Innovation And Continuous Improvement In Service Delivery.
