- Facilitate the onboarding process for participants of the Returnship program, providing guidance and support throughout their return to the workforce.
- Develop and implement training programs to refresh participants' skills and ensure they are up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with other IT specialists to create a supportive and inclusive environment for participants to learn and grow.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to participants, providing guidance and feedback to help them succeed in their role.
- Assist in the development of project plans and strategies to help participants gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of the team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help participants improve and reach their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and provide insights and recommendations to help the team stay ahead in the world of technology.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and expectations.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging participants to take advantage of opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT technology services and use problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner, promoting the values and goals of the Returnship program.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In It Technology Services, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Consulting Firm.
Strong Technical Skills And Proficiency In Sap Software, Including Experience With Implementation, Configuration, And Troubleshooting.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
Familiarity With Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall, And Experience Managing It Projects From Start To Finish.
