
Reliability Engineer (SMS)

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software products, including their architecture and components.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to software reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance, and operations, to drive continuous improvements and ensure the reliability and scalability of our software products.
- Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
- Develop and maintain tools and processes for monitoring and measuring the reliability and performance of our software products.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new features and systems to improve software reliability and performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to software reliability and performance processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software reliability engineering and apply them to our products and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to software reliability and performance.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents related to software reliability and performance.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers on software reliability and performance best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our software reliability and performance processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Reliability Engineering Or Similar Discipline.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Software Development Or It Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies, As Well As Experience With Software Testing And Quality Assurance.
Demonstrated Experience In Creating And Implementing Reliability And Maintenance Strategies, Including Root Cause Analysis, Risk Management, And Continuous Improvement.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
