  10. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery.
  12. Continuously improve and optimize processes to enhance customer experience and drive efficiency.
  13. Represent SAP at regional events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our solutions and services.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  15. Maintain a customer-centric mindset and strive to exceed customer expectations in all interactions.
