- Lead and manage the delivery of complex software implementation projects for clients in the Northeast market unit.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify and address any potential roadblocks, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Foster a culture of customer success by consistently delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Northeast market.
- Mentor and coach project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other Program Managers to share best practices, drive continuous improvement, and ensure consistency across projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Products And Services, Specifically In The Northeast Market Unit.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget, With A Strong Focus On Customer Satisfaction.
