  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for ASC Service Industries clients, specifically in the EAM Railways and MRO Airlines sectors.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support to clients in optimizing their business processes using SAP software solutions.
  3. Understand and analyze client needs and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to drive business transformation and success.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to support clients in achieving their goals.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP software solutions.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on ASC service industries, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth within this sector.
  8. Conduct trainings and workshops for clients to educate them on SAP software capabilities and best practices.
  9. Act as a mentor and coach for junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SAP software solutions for ASC service industries, and make recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
  11. Represent SAP at industry events and conferences, and contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  12. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support in client acquisition and retention efforts.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of ASC service industries market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform product development and strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Industry Experience: A Principal Process Consultant At Sap Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Asc Service Industries, Specifically In The Eam, Railways, Mro, And Airlines Sectors. This Experience Should Include A Deep Understanding Of Industry Processes, Trends, And Challenges.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Solutions: As A Principal Process Consultant, Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap Solutions, Especially In The Areas Of Enterprise Asset Management, Supply Chain Management, And Maintenance, Repair, And Overhaul. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Sap Modules Such As Sap Eam, Sap Ariba, And Sap S/4Hana.

  • Proven Project Management Skills: Sap Consultants Are Responsible For Leading And Managing Complex Projects At Client Sites. A Principal Process Consultant Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Consultant, Effective Communication And Relationship-Building Are Crucial For Success. A Principal Process Consultant Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: In Addition To Technical Expertise, A Principal Process Consultant Should Also Have Strong Strategic Thinking Abilities And A Business Mindset. They Should Be Able To Analyze And Understand Business Processes, Identify Areas For Improvement, And Provide Strategic Recommendations To Clients To Enhance Their Operations.
