- Lead the overall strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the RISE solution at SAP
- Drive business transformation by identifying and implementing innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of RISE architecture with other systems and processes
- Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in enterprise architecture, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations
- Lead and mentor a team of enterprise architects to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of solutions
- Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines for enterprise architecture and data governance
- Continuously assess and improve the RISE architecture to meet evolving business needs and drive efficiency
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with other Principal Enterprise Architects to drive consistency and standardization across the organization.
Proven Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Enterprise-Level Architectures. This Should Include Experience In Different Domains Such As Application, Data, Security, And Infrastructure.
Strong Business Acumen: The Principal Enterprise Architect Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Business Processes And How Technology Can Enable And Support Them. They Should Be Able To Align Business Goals With Technology Solutions And Be Able To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Extensive Knowledge Of Sap Products: As A Principal Enterprise Architect At Sap, It Is Essential To Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap's Products And Solutions. This Includes Experience In Implementing Sap Solutions, Understanding Their Integration Capabilities, And Familiarity With The Latest Technologies Such As Sap S/4Hana And Sap Cloud Platform.
Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Drive The Architecture Vision And Provide Guidance To A Team Of Architects And Developers. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams, Managing Stakeholders, And Driving Consensus On Complex Technical Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration: As A Principal Enterprise Architect, The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Collaborate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders Is Crucial.
