- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP's RISE strategy and solutions, as well as industry trends and best practices in enterprise architecture.
- Lead the architecture and design of complex solutions for our customers, taking into consideration their specific business needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, and product development, to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and thought leadership to project teams, ensuring adherence to SAP's architectural principles and standards.
- Conduct reviews and assessments of existing customer systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to drive digital transformation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through their technology roadmap and providing recommendations for future enhancements and innovations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry developments, proactively identifying opportunities to incorporate them into SAP's offerings.
- Lead and mentor junior architecture team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver training and enablement programs for customers and partners on SAP's RISE solutions.
- Act as a spokesperson for SAP's RISE solutions, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Principal Enterprise Architect Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Architecture, With A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Complex Enterprise Solutions.
Expertise In Sap Products And Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Deep Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Various Sap Products And Solutions, Such As Sap S/4Hana, Sap Cloud Platform, And Sap Hana.
Proven Leadership Skills: As A Principal Enterprise Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Architects And Guiding Them In Delivering High-Quality Solutions. Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Influence And Mentor Others, Are Essential For This Role.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Principal Enterprise Architect Will Be Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, It Teams, And External Partners. Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Crucial For Effectively Conveying Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
