  1. Lead the RISE program as the Principal Enterprise Architect, providing strategic direction and guidance to the team.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge and understanding of enterprise architecture to design and implement innovative solutions for clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with SAP's overall strategy and goals.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, identifying opportunities to enhance the RISE program.
  5. Act as a thought leader, driving innovation and best practices within the organization.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  7. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  8. Mentor and coach junior members of the team, fostering their professional growth and development.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, executives, and internal teams.
  10. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  11. Analyze and mitigate risks, making proactive recommendations to ensure project success.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Represent SAP at industry events and conferences, showcasing the RISE program and promoting SAP's brand.
  14. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales efforts.
  15. Uphold SAP's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Architecture, With A Deep Understanding Of Various Architectural Frameworks And Methodologies.

  • Strong Business Acumen: The Principal Enterprise Architect Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes, Strategies, And Objectives, And Be Able To Align Technology Solutions With Business Goals.

  • Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Enterprise-Level Solutions. Proficiency In Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, And Emerging Technologies Is Also Desired.

  • Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Principal Enterprise Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Guiding A Team Of Architects. Strong Leadership, Communication, And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Industry Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry Landscape And Trends, As Well As Knowledge Of The Canadian Market. This Will Enable Them To Provide Strategic Guidance And Recommendations To Support Business Growth And Innovation.
