- Provide strategic and technical guidance to customers in the Aerospace & Defense and State & Local Government sectors.
- Drive innovation and shape the digital transformation of customers through the use of cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in enterprise architecture, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions, ensuring they align with customer requirements and adhere to industry standards.
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for optimizing existing IT systems and processes.
- Mentor and coach other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall capabilities of the team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, to present solutions and gain buy-in for proposed strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed to drive successful outcomes for customers.
- Stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Architecture, With A Strong Understanding Of Rise Methodology And Frameworks. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Delivering Large-Scale Enterprise Architecture Solutions.
Knowledge Of A&D And Sled Industries: The Principal Enterprise Architect Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Aerospace & Defense (A&D) And State, Local, And Education (Sled) Industries. They Should Be Well-Versed In The Unique Challenges And Requirements Of These Sectors And Have Experience Working With Clients In These Industries.
Strong Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Expertise In Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, And Digital Transformation. They Should Be Familiar With The Latest Technologies And Trends In The Market And Have The Ability To Apply Them To Solve Complex Business Problems.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Principal Enterprise Architect, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Clients, Senior Executives, And Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Articulate Complex Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner And Have The Ability To Lead And Motivate Teams.
Project Management Experience: The Principal Enterprise Architect Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects And Delivering Them Within Time And Budget Constraints. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Resource Allocation. They Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Priorities And Work Under Pressure To Meet Project Deadlines.
