  1. Develop and implement content strategy for SAP, taking into account target audience, market trends, and company objectives.
  2. Lead a team of content designers and provide guidance and direction in creating impactful and engaging content.
  3. Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across all content.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content design and incorporate them into strategy.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to identify content needs and opportunities.
  6. Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform content decisions and measure effectiveness.
  7. Develop and maintain content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and goals.
  9. Mentor and coach team members to continually improve their content design skills.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve content processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Act as a key spokesperson for the content team and effectively communicate the value and impact of content to stakeholders.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and agencies to develop and execute content initiatives.
  13. Monitor and report on content metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance.
  14. Maintain a deep understanding of SAP's products, services, and target audience to ensure content is relevant and impactful.
  15. Act as a thought leader and stay updated on emerging content design trends and techniques.

  • Extensive Experience In Content Design And Strategy: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Content Design, With A Strong Understanding Of Various Content Types And Formats. They Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Content Strategies.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Principal Content Designer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Content Designers And Collaborating With Other Cross-Functional Teams.   • Expertise In User-Centered Design: Sap's Products And Solutions Are Designed To Meet The Needs Of Its Diverse User Base. Therefore, The Principal Content Designer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And The Ability To Create Compelling And User-Friendly Content.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap's Products And Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Sap's Products And Solutions, Their Capabilities, And How They Are Used By Customers. This Will Enable Them To Create Relevant And Impactful Content That Resonates With Sap's Target Audience.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Principal Content Designer Will Be Required To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Product Managers, Developers, And Subject Matter Experts. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Information And Collaborate With Different Teams To Achieve Common Goals.
