- Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP Signavio platform and related technologies.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on the implementation and optimization of SAP Signavio.
- Conduct assessments and analyses to identify client needs and develop customized solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions.
- Deliver high-quality technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SAP Signavio and related technologies.
- Train and mentor junior team members on SAP Signavio best practices and methodologies.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables within budget and scope.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, such as proposal development and client presentations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote SAP Signavio services and solutions.
- Continuously improve and optimize processes to enhance the overall client experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for project status and progress.
Extensive Experience With Sap Signavio: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Signavio, With A Deep Understanding Of Its Functionalities And Capabilities. This Experience Should Include Hands-On Implementation And Integration Projects.
Strong Sap Background: A Principal Consultant Should Have A Strong Background In Sap, With Expertise In At Least One Sap Module Such As Finance, Supply Chain, Or Human Resources. This Knowledge Is Essential For Understanding How Signavio Can Be Integrated With Existing Sap Systems And Processes.
Project Management Skills: As A Principal Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, They Should Have Proven Project Management Skills, Including Budget And Resource Management, Risk Assessment, And Project Planning.
Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Sap Professional Services Team, The Principal Consultant Will Be Required To Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Other Team Members. Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Team Members Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
