- Lead the design strategy and vision for AI-driven user experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct thorough user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Develop prototypes and design concepts to effectively communicate the potential of AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and user-centric approach to design.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AI and UX to continuously improve the design process and outcomes.
- Communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders, including executives, in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ensure that all designs align with the brand and design standards of SAP.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines and principles for AI-driven user experiences.
- Mentor and guide junior designers in the team, providing feedback and support for their professional development.
- Continuously gather and incorporate user feedback to improve the user experience of AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with other design teams within SAP to ensure consistency and alignment across all products and solutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Work closely with the UX research team to identify user needs and pain points and incorporate them into the design process.
- Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality designs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on AI and UX, providing insights and recommendations to leadership and other teams within SAP.
Extensive Experience In Ai Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Designing Ai-Powered Products Or Services, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Their Expertise In Ux Design For Ai.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Ai Technologies: The Principal Ai User Experience Designer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Ai Technologies Such As Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, And Predictive Analytics, And How They Can Be Leveraged To Create Intuitive User Experiences.
Strong Design And Research Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Exceptional Design And Research Skills To Conceptualize, Prototype, And Test User Interfaces For Ai-Powered Products. They Should Also Have Experience In Conducting User Research And Usability Testing To Gather Insights And Improve The User Experience.
