  1. Develop and implement customized solutions for clients using SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) technology.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in clients' warehouse operations.
  3. Partner with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on optimizing their supply chain processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
  5. Provide technical expertise and support to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
  6. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices and maximize their utilization of EWM technology.
  7. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in warehouse management and SAP technologies, and proactively suggest innovative solutions to clients.
  8. Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and adhere to project management processes and methodologies.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for EWM technology and provide guidance to junior team members.
  10. Develop strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor for their supply chain transformation initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the organization.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality guidelines.
  13. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, client interactions, and solutions provided.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the delivery of services to clients.

  • Project Management Experience: The Role May Involve Leading Ewm Implementation Projects, So The Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management And Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Effectively.
