  1. Develop and implement strategies and initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture within the CS Global Business Suite.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to cross-functional teams on people and culture-related matters.
  3. Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders to identify and address gaps in HR policies and practices.
  4. Lead and support diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable and diverse workplace.
  5. Conduct regular needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  6. Partner with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of people and culture initiatives across different regions.
  7. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and practices.
  8. Act as a change agent, driving employee engagement and promoting a positive work culture.
  9. Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people and culture to ensure the organization remains competitive.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and partner with HR and legal teams to resolve them.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in their development.
  13. Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting a positive employer brand and culture both internally and externally.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve people and culture programs and processes to meet the changing needs of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Human Resources: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Employee Relations, Talent Management, And Organizational Development. This Experience Should Also Include At Least 3-5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Understanding Of Global Business Suite & Cross Functions: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap's Global Business Suite And Cross Functions, Including Its Products, Services, And Organizational Structure. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Partner With Business Leaders And Provide Strategic Hr Solutions That Align With The Company's Goals And Objectives.

  • Strong Business Acumen: As A Business Partner, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Analyze And Interpret Financial Data, Market Trends, And Business Objectives To Develop And Implement Hr Strategies That Support The Company's Bottom Line.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate Hr Policies And Procedures To Employees And Leaders.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With A Track Record Of Driving Performance And Developing Talent. They Should Also Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Coach And Mentor Team Members, And Foster A Positive And Inclusive Work Culture.
