- Develop and implement a comprehensive people and culture strategy for the CRO organization in the Americas region.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition and development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment of global and regional HR policies and programs.
- Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, including developing and implementing diversity and inclusion training programs.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders on HR matters, providing guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and career development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives, such as employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the organization's people and culture initiatives.
- Partner with the global talent acquisition team to develop recruitment strategies and ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within the CRO organization and across the wider SAP organization.
- Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused HR services.
- Serve as a role model for the organization's values and foster a positive and inclusive culture.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Hrbp Role, Preferably In A Multinational Company.
Strong Understanding Of The Cro Industry And Experience Working In A Global Organization.
Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Experience Managing Employee Relations And Performance Management Processes.
