  1. Manage relationships with SAP's partners to ensure mutual success and growth.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP's partner ecosystem and their respective businesses.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute on partnership opportunities.
  4. Monitor and track partner performance to ensure alignment with agreed-upon goals and targets.
  5. Conduct regular meetings and communication with partners to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  6. Act as a liaison between SAP and its partners, ensuring effective communication and information sharing.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to increase partner engagement and drive growth.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  9. Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements and contracts.
  10. Provide support and guidance to partners to maximize their use and understanding of SAP's products and services.
  11. Create reports and presentations to update stakeholders on partner performance and initiatives.
  12. Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with partners and internal teams.
  13. Continuously assess and improve partner management processes and procedures.
  14. Represent SAP at industry events and conferences to network and promote partnership opportunities.
  15. Mentor and coach junior members of the partner management team.
