Observability Engineer

11. Proactively identify potential issues and suggest solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
12. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to observability.
13. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to system alerts and incidents in a timely manner.
14. Collaborate with development teams to implement observability best practices into the software development lifecycle.
15. Continuously monitor and analyze system logs and metrics to identify and address any potential security concerns.
16. Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of observability processes.
17. Take ownership of observability-related projects and see them through to completion.
18. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and systems in order to provide effective support and recommendations for observability improvements.
19. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving observability processes and procedures.
20. Keep track of and report on key performance indicators related to observability.
