  1. Assisting in the recruitment process for executive level positions in the EMEA and MENA regions.
  2. Conducting research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  3. Collaborating with the executive recruiting team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  4. Assisting in the screening and interviewing of candidates for executive level positions.
  5. Preparing and distributing job postings and other recruitment materials.
  6. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  7. Assisting in the coordination of interviews and follow-up communication with candidates.
  8. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  9. Contributing to the development of employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  10. Staying informed on industry trends and best practices in executive recruiting.
  11. Providing support for various administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
  12. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  13. Representing SAP in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Communication Skills: As An Ixp Intern In Executive Recruiting For Emea/Mee At Sap, You Will Be Expected To Effectively Communicate With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders, Including Executive Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Hr Business Partners. Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Familiarity With Executive Recruiting: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Basic Understanding Of The Executive Recruiting Process, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Top-Level Candidates. Previous Experience In A Recruiting Or Hr-Related Role Is Preferred.

  • Multitasking And Time Management Abilities: The Ixp Intern In Executive Recruiting For Emea/Mee At Sap Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects And Tasks Simultaneously. Strong Multitasking And Time Management Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Prioritize And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Cultural Competence: Sap Operates In A Global Market, And The Successful Candidate For This Position Should Possess Cultural Competence And Be Able To Work Effectively With Colleagues And Candidates From Diverse Backgrounds. Fluency In Multiple Languages Is A Plus.

  • Proactive And Self-Motivated: The Ixp Intern In Executive Recruiting Will Need To Be Proactive And Self-Motivated, Taking Initiative To Identify And Pursue Opportunities For Improvement And Growth Within The Role.
