  1. Provide technical expertise in SAP BASIS technology and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of clients' SAP environments.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP BASIS technology.
  4. Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in SAP BASIS technology and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP BASIS processes and procedures.
  6. Lead and participate in projects related to SAP BASIS technology, including upgrades and migrations.
  7. Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  8. Provide training and support to junior team members and end-users on SAP BASIS technology.
  9. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
  10. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies and procedures.
  11. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and emergency situations.
  12. Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure the smooth integration of SAP BASIS technology.
  13. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to SAP BASIS technology.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to SAP BASIS technology.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Sap Basis Administration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Sap Basis System And Its Components, Including System Architecture, Client Administration, Transport Management, And System Performance Tuning.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge Of Sap Systems: The Senior Specialist Should Possess A Solid Technical Background In Sap Systems, Including Installation, Upgrades, And Maintenance Of Sap Systems, As Well As Troubleshooting And Resolving System Issues.

  • Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Manage And Lead Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Coordinating With Various Teams And Stakeholders To Ensure Successful Delivery Of It Technology Services.
