1. Provide specialized technical and functional support for the implementation and maintenance of SAP’s S/4HANA Finance Localization solutions.
2. Leverage creative problem solving skills to help clients achieve their desired business outcomes.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with clients.
4. Lead system testing and validation activities.
5. Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for finance and localization solutions.
6. Provide technical training and support to clients.
7. Stay abreast of new technology and industry trends and provide guidance and recommendations for new solutions.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.
9. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and provide ongoing customer service.
10. Participate in technical meetings with clients and internal teams.
