Strong Business Acumen: As A Principal Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Understanding And Analyzing The Client's Business Needs And Aligning Them With Sap's Solutions. Therefore, They Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Translate Technical Concepts Into Business Value.
Sap Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Sap's Products And Solutions, Including But Not Limited To Sap S/4Hana, Sap Cloud Platform, And Sap Business Technology Platform. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Customizing These Solutions For Clients.
Leadership Skills: A Principal Consultant Is Expected To Lead And Manage A Team Of Consultants, Project Managers, And Other Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Mentor, Coach, And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Project Objectives.
